Trust is seeking an AML Analyst in Singapore to join the AMLCDD team and help ensure timely and accurate customer due diligence, KYC, and transaction monitoring for retail clients.

You will engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather documents, review information, and escalate red flags while following regulatory guidelines and internal policies. The role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and delivering high quality service.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years AML/CDD/KYC experience in financial services.
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients and stakeholders to collect documents per procedures and regulations.
  • Prepare and review documents; perform transactional case reviews for red flags.
  • Review 'Request for Information' raised by analysts.
  • Manage client files per data maintenance guidelines.
  • Ensure high service levels by meeting SLAs and standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve efficiency and share knowledge.
  • Coordinate with FC/Tech/Vendor on system configurations and testing.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by AMLCDD Lead.

Job Description

The candidate will be assigned to the AMLCDD team which focuses on ensuring that Customer Due Diligence, KYC and Transaction monitoring for the retail business clients are carried out in a timely and accurate manner, within the policies as established by the regulatory bodies and internal guideline.

The Role Responsibility
  • Engage clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collections of relevant documents in accordance with in-house procedures and local regulations
  • Prepare, review documentation and perform transactional case reviews for escalation of red flags (where applicable)
  • Review of "Request for Information" raised by analysts
  • Handle all client files in accordance with the agreed guidelines for client’s data maintenance
  • Ensure high customer service satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectation through the implementation of service level agreement and standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive operational efficiency and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Working closely with Financial Crime Compliance Team/Tech/Vendor etc on new system configurations and testing (where required) to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by AMLCDD Lead and Management
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with the standards and regulatory requirements, including those pertaining to Money Laundering, Sanctions Compliance and KYC.
  • Participate in and/or support the Bank's effort in combating money-laundering activities.

Our Ideal Candidate
