Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an AMHS AME to oversee uptime, reliability and sustainability of the Automated Material Handling System in a high‑volume fab environment.

You will collaborate with suppliers, fab operations and cross‑functional teams, ensuring SEMI/E84 compliance, rapid response to changes, and RCA‑driven improvements.

This role emphasizes testing, troubleshooting, and training technicians on recovery procedures to minimize wafer downtime.

Qualifications

• Own AMHS performance post-installation and target uptime >99.9%
• Monitor OHT traffic and stocker utilization to optimize wafer delivery
• Perform RCA on AMHS-related delays using 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AMHS deployment in fabs ensuring cleanroom compatibility and fab layout constraints.
• Coordinate with OHT, AMR, stockers, and EFEM suppliers for seamless module integration.
• Ensure SEMI standards and fab safety protocols are followed.
• Own AMHS performance post-installation and monitor uptime to prevent delays.
