Job summary

VisionPower Semiconducting Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking an automation software specialist to design and optimize integrated AMHS systems for our development factory.

You will ensure seamless data exchange across departments and improve workflow performance. You will operate and maintain the Transaction Management System (XMS) and Material Control System (MCS), troubleshoot performance issues, and develop scalable software that integrates with existing infrastructure while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with automation machines from Daifuku and Muratec.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, C#, Java, HTML5, SQL, or VBA.
• Background in system infrastructure architecture (VMware, Linux/MS, Nginx, K8s/Docker).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated systems and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Operate and maintain daily operations of XMS (Transaction Management System) and MCS (Material Control System).
• Troubleshoot and resolve AHMS software performance issues.
• Analyse business requirements and generate detailed technical specifications for AHMS software.

Overview

You are to design, implement, and optimize integrated systems for Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) for VSMC development factory, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational performance.

Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated systems that optimize workflow efficiency and facilitate seamless data exchange between departments.
• Operate and maintain daily operations of XMS (Transaction Management System) and MCS ( Material Control System), ensuring smooth and efficient system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AHMS software performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyse business requirements and generate detailed technical specifications for AHMS software based on the identified needs.
• Develop scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant software solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure to enhance overall system performance.
• Work closely with vendors and hardware engineers to ensure software compatibility with AHMS equipment and systems.

Requirements

• Experience with automation machines from Daifuku and Muratec.
• Skilled in writing clean, maintainable code in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, HTML5, SQL, or VBA.
• Background in system infrastructure architecture is preferred, especially with experience in VMware, Linux/MS solutions, Nginx, and K8s/Docker.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering
