Job summary

Chanel Singapore is seeking an Alteration Specialist to empower Retail teams with practical skills in fit, pinning, fabric behaviour, and garment construction. You will translate complex alteration knowledge into clear guidance for client-facing staff, bridging the fitting moment and craftsmanship.

You will deliver coaching, clinics, visual guides, and on-the-spot support to embed knowledge in daily practice, building vocabulary and handover between Retail, Alterations, and Les Ateliers,

Qualifications

• Educate Retail teams on garment fit fundamentals, proportion, balance, ease, and movement.
• Build awareness of body morphology and posture to identify fitting needs.
• Train on basic pinning techniques and garment handling.

Responsibilities
