PHAIDON INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring a Trading Operations Analyst to support and supervise automated trading strategies from Singapore.

You will work with traders and software developers to monitor live production trading, troubleshoot issues, and build Python tooling around the trading system. The role targets 2–3 years in trade monitoring or execution support, with growing technical ownership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in overseeing live flow on a desk or execution support.
• Ability to interrogate execution data and reach defensible conclusions.
• Familiarity with listed derivatives, exchanges, and exposure control.
• Experience with electronic execution platforms and UNIX or Linux.
• Proficiency in Python for systems and process improvements.
• Willingness to take ownership and grow into broader remit.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or physics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with traders and technologists to run live algorithmic strategies.
• Oversee live order flow for exposure and control breaches.
• Investigate and clear problems from daily execution activity.
• Write scripts and small applications to reduce manual intervention.
• Interrogate executed flow and pricing data and suggest performance improvements.
• Cover the desk on an early schedule from 7AM Singapore Time.
