Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level education in a technical or logistics field.
• Experience as a system integrator and familiarity with systems engineering processes.
• Ability to build partnerships with customers and suppliers.
• Balance quality, lead time and cost in decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and system-level thinking.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel about 50% of the time and on-site during handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional design translating customer requirements into solutions with minimized risk.
• Advise on standard vs special solutions; identify and mitigate risks.
• Create system integration, test plans and specifications with the Solution Architect and Integration Engineer.
• Oversee test phase and ensure smooth transition to customer operations.
• Assess impact of changes on customer processes and estimate effects.
• Monitor progress with clear reporting.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries through verification and validation.
• Integrate subsystems into existing customer systems.
• Ensure handover per specification after testing.
