Job summary

VIETNAM AIRLINES JSC at Singapore's Changi Airport Terminal 3 is seeking a full-time passenger service coordinator on a roster basis aligned with flight schedules. The role starts immediately and offers a salary of SGD 2,800 to 3,000 per month.

You will oversee check-in with Ground Handling Agent, manage service desk tasks, and run pre- and post-flight checks using the airline's CRS/DCS. The position requires a valid airport ID card and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise passenger check-in with Ground Handling Agent.
• Handle service desk tasks: standby, offload, upgrade, and flight disruption under Station Manager guidance.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks and report on CRS/DCS and internal systems.
• Forward passenger claims/complaints to Sales & Service team.
• Check invoices, including lounge invoices monthly.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Station Manager.

Job description

Work location: Changi Airport Terminal 3

Type of employment: full-time, roster based on Vietnam Airlines' flight schedule. Immediate work commencement

SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,000

Your primary duties include:

• Coordinating and supervising the passenger's check-in process provided by our Ground Handling Agent;
• Service desk activities such as standby, offload, upgrade, and the handling of flight disruption under the Station Manager's direction;
• Pre-flight, and post-flight checks, and reports on the airline's CRS/DCS and other internal systems
• Acting and/or forwarding passengers' claims/complaints to the Sales & Service team
• Invoice checking, including those for lounge each month
• Other tasks assigned by Station Manager.

Our successful candidate must have full work right in Singapore and meet the below minimum requirements:

• The requirement for an Airport Security Identification Card issued by Changi Airport;
• Proven interpersonal and strong customer service skills, professional appearance, cooperative attitude, flexibility in terms of scheduling with work experience in airline's passenger and flight service an advantage
• Working knowledge of the airline's DCS, GDS & CRS with Amadeus is an advantage
