Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in East (Changi) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of critical systems for airport projects. You will champion AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and automation to elevate system resilience and efficiency.

You will lead predictive maintenance, IoT-enabled monitoring, and cross-functional upgrades while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high passenger experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in ACMV, M&E systems and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of M&E maintenance practices, energy efficiency and reliability.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of IT networks, data analytics, coding (e.g., Python) or Power BI is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools, IoT sensors or predictive analytics platforms is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, performance, and reliability of mechanical systems (ACMV, chiller plants, lifts, etc.).
• Develop strategies to reduce downtime and improve energy efficiency.
• Lead predictive maintenance studies using sensor data, AI/ML, and analytics.
• Leverage IoT platforms, digital twins, and automation to enhance monitoring and decision-making.
• Manage projects, upgrades, and cross-functional process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and health & safety standards.
