Job summary

Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. at Seletar Airport is looking for a motivated Electrical Engineering professional to oversee, maintain and ensure operational readiness of critical systems essential to safe airport operations.

You will drive sustainability projects (solar PV, green-building) and lead Green Mark efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office 365 is expected, with willingness to perform fieldwork including night shifts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and sustainability or green-building frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience or strong interest in sustainable infrastructure, airfield projects, or solar PV systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and willingness to perform fieldwork, including night works when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, maintenance, and reliability of electrical systems including low-tension to airfield lighting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and operational needs are met.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement sustainability initiatives (solar PV, green-building).
• Lead Green Mark certification efforts and embed GreenGov requirements.
• Drive energy- and water-efficiency initiatives across airport facilities.
• Improve operational efficiency through digital tools, data analytics, and modern maintenance practices.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering workflows, reporting, and asset management.
