Job summary

Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to create a positive and memorable transit experience for passengers at Changi Airport. You will provide excellent customer service, engage with passengers, and promote tours and services while ensuring a seamless transit experience.

Working hours are weekdays and weekends from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Changi Airport Transit Terminals. You will handle sales, bookings, and customer inquiries, with rotating shifts including

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive experiences.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with local and international passengers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with ability to promote products through cross-selling and upselling.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions, information, and product recommendations to transit passengers.
• Escort and assist transit passengers to designated tour assembly points for a seamless experience.
• Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
• Promote ongoing promotions and product information to customers.
• Process transactions using the POS system and handle payment methods efficiently.
• Perform end-of-shift duties including financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist with bookings, reservations, and transport arrangements as required.
• Support operational needs and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
