Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd at Changi Airport is seeking a frontline customer service associate to greet and assist passengers, ensuring smooth check-in and departure processes.

You will work 6 days a week, 44 hours, delivering service at premier lounges, assisting passengers with special needs, and helping with baggage and FAST Assistance queue.

The role offers a basic salary of SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,800 per month, a joining bonus of SGD 5,000, and AWS plus variable bonus, with allowances.

Responsibilities

• Checking-in and greeting passengers upon arrival, while ensuring a smooth departure process
• Assisting passengers with special needs and providing customer service at exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport
• Assist with baggage and manage entrances to FAST Assistance queue
• Handling meet-and-greet services at the reception area and performing basic computerized transactions
