Job summary

IET Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Civil/Structural Engineer to oversee civil and infrastructure works at site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and safety standards.

You will monitor progress, attend meetings, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and support handover and airside safety where applicable. A degree/diploma in civil engineering and IES registration are required; willingness to perform shift work.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 5 years' RTO experience, including at least 3 years in major civil/infrastructure works.
• Register with IES (Institute of Engineers Singapore).
• Airport/airside, runway, taxiway or pavement experience is an advantage.
• Willing to perform shift work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil/structural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, site activities and maintain inspection/site records.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, testing and coordinate with contractors/project teams.
• Supervise critical works including excavation, pavement and structural works.
• Support handover, defect rectification and airside safety compliance where applicable.
