Job summary

SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a supervisory officer to oversee ground operations at terminal touchpoints.

You will monitor real-time situations via CCTV, coordinate trolley and taxi services, and liaise between Duty Manager and TMC Operations Cells. The role requires a Diploma and 2 years supervisory experience, plus shift availability and airport pass eligibility. You will also handle ad hoc quality or operations improvement tasks and generate service utilization reports while

Qualifications

• Diploma in Science/Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in quality/operations functions.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Confident in managing and influencing stakeholders in TMC.
• Adaptable to change and a good team player.
• Able to work on shift duty.
• Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).
• 12 hours shift, work 4 days on 3 days off.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update ground situations at all terminals via CCTV and SOPs.
• Coordinate trolley, taxi and porter operations.
• Act as coordinator between Duty Manager and Duty Terminal Manager/TMC Operations Cells during extraordinary operations.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to Duty Ops Manager.
• Alert the duty Supervisor on key events of the day.
• Generate service utilization reports.
• Cover Operations Supervisor’s duties as assigned.
• Cover Duty Manager’s duties in their absence for coordination.
• Undertake ad hoc quality/operations improvement projects/tasks as assigned.
