Job summary

LINKWAY LOGISTICS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent Administrative Clerk to support Operations and Safety teams. The role involves scheduling, coordinating inbound/outbound airfreight, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation.

The candidate will verify docs, ensure compliance with DG and import rules, and perform ad hoc duties. Night shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 6 days per week, overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Post secondary qualification or above required
• Minimum 1 year or relevant experience in international air forwarding/logistics preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Well-disciplined, results-driven, able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the manager and day shift team to ensure smooth delivery schedule and timely cargo collection
• Coordinate, prepare and processing inbound & outbound shipments for airfreight with carrier/customers/vendors
• Verify and confirm information on shipping documentation and highlight discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods, Arms & Explosive Acts and import regulations
• Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned
• Possess Class 4 Driving License and Forklift Driving Permit License
• Able to commit overtime hours as required
• Night shift available: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM (6 days) with one selected off day
