Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
• Willing to undergo background/criminal check as this role requires working in a security-regulated area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly outbound airwaybill maintenance control list.
• Make airline booking and follow up on space booked.
• Prepare manual master airwaybill (MAWB) weekly.
• Perform documentation duties including preparing MAWB and export control forms.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

Flexible and adaptable

Education

Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or ITE Certificate
