Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated airfreight operations professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end import shipments.

You will coordinate bookings, documentation, and customs clearance while serving as the primary contact for customers and ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. The role requires hands-on import airfreight experience, proficiency with Cargowise and MS Office, and a solid understanding of freight forwarding procedures and customs compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in airfreight operations, covering import shipments.
• Proficiency in Cargowise system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures, airfreight documentation, and customs compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with airlines and vendors.
• Serve as the main customer contact, providing shipment updates, handling inquiries, and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, SLAs, and internal procedures while monitoring shipment performance.
• Support process improvements and mentor junior staff, ensuring accurate records, efficient operations, and high customer satisfaction.
