Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Flight Catering Coordinator at Changi Airport to ensure smooth meal service operations. You will check flight documents, coordinate meal preparation, and oversee loading of catering equipment for each flight.

You will work 8-hour rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends, in a fast-paced airport environment. Experience in logistics or catering is advantageous, with a readiness to lift ~7 kg items.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, catering or airline-related roles is advantageous.
• Comfortable handling products weighing up to 7 kg.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check flight documents, meal orders, quantities and special-meal requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation, dispatch and loading of meals and catering equipment.
• Ensure catering trucks and items arrive at the correct aircraft on time.
• Go onboard the aircraft to explain and hand over catering items to the cabin crew.
• Handle last-minute meal requests, changes and discrepancies.
• Ensure all catering orders are acknowledged and properly signed off.
• Monitor the catering process until the assigned flight departs.
• Complete SAP flight closure and submit the necessary documentation.
