Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Freight Operation Executive to manage sea and air freight logistics from our Singapore office in Changi South. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and assist with shipping documents.

The role requires hands-on experience in logistics, sharp data entry, and collaboration with forwarders and carriers. On-site, Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm with occasional Saturday half-day. Salary SGD 2,500–3,500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, and other required import/export paperwork
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transportation from origin to destination, updating clients and stakeholders as needed
• Inspect cargo in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety regulations
• Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics documentation
• Support permit declarations and ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues or delays
• Provide support to both clients and internal teams, answering queries related to shipments, documentation, and logistics processes
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required to support the logistics department and meet operational goals
