Job summary

Bizhub Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Ramp Agent to operate and inspect ground support equipment, perform pre-flight checks, and position the aerobridge safely for passenger boarding.

You will assist with loading and unloading baggage, secure cargo, report faults promptly, and support the Ramp Loading Officer to ensure on-time aircraft operations. This role requires outdoor work, rotating shifts, and a valid Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education completed.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Willing to work outdoors and on rotating shifts.
• Able to walk long distances and climb steps while carrying equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates and conducts pre-flight checks on ground support equipment including JCPLs, skyloaders, tractors and transporters.
• Positions and operates the aerobridge or passenger steps safely according to airline and safety requirements.
• Assists in loading and unloading baggage, cargo and mail, ensuring all loads are properly secured and verified against documentation.
• Inspects cargo, ULDs and compartments for damages or leakages, and reports irregularities to the Ramp Loading Officer (RLO).
• Ensures safe and proper use of equipment during aircraft handling operations.
• Returns all equipment to designated parking areas and reports defects promptly.
• Supports the Ramp Loading Officer (RLO) team to ensure safe, efficient and on-time aircraft operations.
