ACE Management Services Pte Ltd is hiring Airport Ramp Agents to support aircraft ground handling at Changi Airport. Work airside with full training and a choice of work week, including 12-hour shifts. Roles require physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather, with nights and weekends included.

Choose from 4-day, 5-day, or 6-day schedules with competitive monthly gross pay and attendance bonuses. No prior experience required; training provided to help you start quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload baggage, cargo and mail on aircraft safely.
• Stack, net, and secure loads before cargo doors close.
• Sort baggage and cargo by type and destination.
• Handle special items such as strollers and mobility aids.
• Move cargo containers, dollies and trolleys around the aircraft.
• Place and remove safety cones for arrivals and departures.
• Follow airside safety and security procedures.
• Report to Team Leader on time and flag irregularities.

Job Description:

ACE Management Services Pte Ltd is hiring Airport Ramp Agents to support aircraft ground handling at Changi Airport. Work airside at one of the world’s busiest airports, with full training provided and a choice of work week.

Choose your package

4-day work week (40 paid hours a week, 1 standby day + 2 days off)
Basic salary: $2,000
Attendance bonus: $700
Monthly gross: $2,700

5-day work week (50 paid hours a week, 1 standby day + 1 day off)
Basic salary: $2,000
Attendance bonus: $800
Overtime: about $409
Monthly gross: $3,209

6-day work week (60 paid hours a week, 1 rest day)
Basic salary: $2,000
Attendance bonus: $900
Overtime: about $1,091
Monthly gross: $3,991

All rosters are 12-hour shifts, including meal breaks. Overtime is paid at 1.5x for hours above 44 a week.

What you’ll do

• Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo and mail on aircraft safely and on time
• Stack, net, lock and secure loads before cargo doors are closed
• Sort baggage and cargo by type, label and destination
• Handle special items such as strollers, mobility aids, perishables and live animals
• Move and position cargo containers, dollies and trolleys around the aircraft
• Place and remove safety cones for arriving and departing flights
• Follow all airside safety and security procedures
• Report to your Team Leader on time and flag any irregularities straight away

Who we’re looking for

• Singaporeans, Singapore PRs and LTVP holders aged 18 and above
• Physically fit and comfortable standing, lifting and working outdoors in all weather
• Able to read, speak and understand simple English
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• No experience needed; full training provided

Students, part-timers and those awaiting National Service enlistment aren’t eligible for this role.
