Job summary

ACE Management Services Pte Ltd at Changi Airport is hiring Airport Ramp Agents for ground handling operations. No prior aviation experience is needed. Training is provided and roles involve 12-hour shifts across 4-, 5-, or higher-commitment rosters with varying monthly gross pay.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading baggage, sorting cargo, securing loads, handling special items, and maintaining safety procedures. Applicants must be Singaporean/Singapore PR/LTVP and 18+ with basic English.

Qualifications

• 18 years old and above
• No aviation experience required
• Physically fit for hands-on outdoor work
• Able to understand and communicate in simple English
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo and mail from aircraft
• Sort baggage and cargo according to labels and destinations
• Stack, net, lock and secure loads safely
• Handle special items such as strollers, mobility aids, perishables and live animals
• Move cargo containers, dollies and trolleys around the aircraft
• Place and remove safety cones for arriving and departing flights
• Follow all airside safety and security procedures
• Report operational irregularities promptly to the Team Leader

ACE Management Services Pte Ltd is hiring Airport Ramp Agents to support aircraft ground handling operations at Changi Airport. No prior aviation or airport experience is required.

Choose Your Work Package

4-Day Work Week
Approximately 19 working days / 190 hours per month
Basic Salary:$2,000
Attendance Bonus:$700
Monthly Gross: $2,700

5-Day Work Week
Approximately 22 working days / 220 hours per month
Basic Salary:$2,000
Attendance Bonus:$800
OT: Approximately$470+
Monthly Gross: $3,270

Higher Commitment
Up to 26 working days / 260 hours per month
Basic Salary:$2,000
Attendance Bonus:Up to $900
OT: Up to approximately$1,100+
Monthly Gross: Up to $4,000

All rosters are 12-hour shifts, inclusive of meal breaks. OT is paid at 1.5x for eligible overtime hours.

What You’ll Do

Full training will be provided.
