Job summary

SATS Ltd., headquartered in Singapore, seeks a hands-on Cargo Loader to ensure safe, accurate aircraft loading and unloading in compliance with airline and regulatory requirements.

You will review flight documents, brief the team, supervise cargo, baggage, and dangerous goods handling, and work closely with Load Control, Baggage, and Cargo teams to maintain OTP and safe departures. Flexibility for outdoors work and rotating shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb equipment steps.
• Able to perform duties outdoors and work on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the safe, accurate loading and unloading of aircraft in compliance with airline and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews flight documents, prepares the team, and conducts pre-flight briefings.
• Ensures all equipment and safety checks are in place before aircraft handling operations.
• Supervises the handling of cargo, baggage, and dangerous goods.
• Coordinates closely with Load Control, Baggage, and Cargo teams to ensure on-time performance (OTP) and safe flight departures.
• Assists in investigations of delays, incidents, or operational issues and supports corrective actions.
