S. F. EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Air Freight Booking & Customer Service Specialist in Singapore.

You will manage airline reservations, handle shipment enquiries, and coordinate with airlines, GSAs and internal teams to secure bookings and provide timely updates. The role requires experience in air cargo reservations or export operations, familiarity with booking processes, and strong communication under time-sensitive conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in air cargo reservations, air freight customer service or export operations.
• Familiar with airline booking processes, flight schedules, routings and shipment handling.
• Experience with a freight management system; Cube is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process air cargo space bookings, amendments and cancellations with airlines or GSAs.
• Check flight schedules and coordinate with Freight Planner and Operations.
• Monitor booking confirmations and shipment status; provide updates to teams/customers.
• Respond to delays, offloads, cancellations and arrange alternative bookings/routings.
• Handle inquiries about booking status, flight schedules and service options.
• Coordinate with Sales, Gateway, warehouse and ground handling teams on shipment priorities.
• Maintain accurate booking/shipment records and follow air cargo procedures.
