Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage airline bookings and coordinate shipments, while liaising with customers, contractors, warehouses and carriers. You will ensure data accuracy and compliance with SOPs, supporting month-end targets and invoicing.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or shipping coordination.
• Strong communication with customers and partners.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Manage airline bookings and coordinate shipment arrangements
• Work with customers and contractors to organize shipments
• Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle customer enquiries efficiently and provide timely updates
• Work closely with internal operations teams to meet customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate shipment data and system updates
• Liaise with customers, warehouses, carriers and customs for shipment coordination
• Track and monitor shipment status and inform customers accordingly
• Support month-end operational targets and job completion
• Coordinate with billing team for job closure and invoicing
• Handle supplier invoice disputes and resolve operational issues
• Support service improvement initiatives within the team
• Perform other duties assigned by management
