Job summary
EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a maintenance technician to service and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems at a multisite facility in Singapore. The role covers chiller systems and VRV aircon, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and SOP compliance.
Work location is Tai Seng, with Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm hours. Overtime, AWS and bonuses are expected parts of the compensation. Candidates with ACMV/VRV knowledge are preferred.
Qualifications
- GCE O' Level with at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Knowledge in ACMV, VRV System and Inverter Aircon System is a must.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the maintenance and repairing of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation including 8TS water-cooled chiller system and 6TS VRV3 aircon system.
- Regularly carrying out preventive aircon maintenance measures: Changing of faulty pieces
- Routine inspection of building
- Ensure work are in compliance to established SOPs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring panel for office building and retail stores
- Perform general building maintenance
- Repair and maintain lighting fixtures
- Perform troubleshooting and recommend appropriate corrective solutions
- Constantly improve the work processes
- Knowledge in plumbing and audio systems are added advantages
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned
