Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Manager & Senior Operations Manager in air cargo management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff.
• Maintain excellent rapport with working partners.
• Anticipate and solve problems proactively.
• Ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner.
• Train staff on ERP for efficient system utilization.
• Keep abreast of IATA Air Cargo laws.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and customs requirements.
• Develop and review staff KPIs.
• Analyze shipment activities, cost, and revenue data.
• Organize recruitment and training of staff.
• Produce regular reports and statistics.
• Obtain periodic customer feedback on service quality.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Mentor and motivate subordinates.
• Encourage teamwork.
