Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a capable IT/AIoT engineer to maintain and develop a Web-based AIoT platform for a local business unit. You will perform on-site integration, testing, and issue resolution, while collaborating with local departments to deploy platform features.

You will also work on MES integration, server deployments, and front-end UI/UX improvements for web interfaces with a strong emphasis on IoT applications and independent problem solving.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 1+ year manufacturing / factory AIoT system maintenance preferred; training provided for fresh grads.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, HBuilderX, C++ and C.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, web development and API frameworks.
• Hands-on with MySQL and SQL Server.
• Familiar with Anydesk, Microsoft Teams, ChatGPT, Gemini and GitHub.
• Strong UI design, visual aesthetics and data visualization skills.
• IoT applications passion and ability to work independently.
• Good communication with business units in China and Taiwan; adaptable under pressure.

• Maintenance and development of the Web-based AIoT Platform and related application software for the local Business Unit (BU), covering desktop, tablet, and mobile applications.

• Execute on-site system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution at local BU facilities; provide real-time feedback and technical escalation/support to the R&D Center.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with local BU departments to ensure the successful deployment and launch of AIoT platform features.

• Drive the integration of factory automation systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and equipment interfaces within local BUs.

• Maintain server-side application deployments supporting the local BU’s AIoT platform.

• Assist the Smart Manufacturing R&D Center with the deployment, testing and rollout of new systems.

• Perform UI/UX modifications, visualization enhancements, and front-end deployments for local BU web interfaces.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year’s manufacturing / factory AIoT system maintenance experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome as training is provided.
