Loyang Area Electronics Manufacturing Co. is seeking an MES Architect/Developer to design, build, and maintain MES applications integrated with production equipment. You will develop APIs for data exchange with ERP and other systems, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL databases.

The role requires strong C#/.NET experience (MVC, Web API, .NET Core) and WinForms, with knowledge of SQL Server, IIS and deployment. Excellent problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Degree in IT/CS/Computer Applications or equivalent.
• 2+ years in manufacturing IT systems is preferred.
• Proficient in C# with ASP.NET (MVC/Web API/.NET Core) and WinForms.
• Familiar with SQL Server, IIS, and deployment processes.
• RESTful API design and data formats (JSON/XML).

Descripción del empleo

Responsible for the architecture, development and maintenance of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), including integration with production equipment and cross-functional systems to enhance factory automation and smart manufacturing efficiency.

• System Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, test and maintain MES applications using C# with ASP.NET for web-based applications and WinForms for desktop applications.

• API Development & Integration: Design and develop APIs to facilitate data exchange and seamless integration between MES and external systems, including ERP platforms.

• Database Development: Develop, maintain and optimise Oracle PL/SQL scripts, including stored procedures, functions, triggers and SQL queries.

• Requirements Analysis & Troubleshooting: Work closely with production users and project teams to gather requirements, analyse system issues and prepare technical documentation.

• System Deployment: Prepare, configure and deploy application programs to the live production environment.

• Testing & Documentation: Conduct program testing, troubleshoot defects and maintain relevant technical and system documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications or an equivalent qualification.

• Prefer 2 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry or factory IT systems maintenance.

• Proficient in C# programming with hands‑on development experience in ASP.NET (MVC, Web API or .NET Core) and WinForms.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Internet Information Services (IIS) and application deployment.

• API Technologies: Good understanding of RESTful API architecture and experience handling data formats such as JSON and XML.

• Database: Familiar with Oracle Database, with strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills, particularly in stored procedures.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and logical thinking abilities.

• A proactive and resourceful team player with initiative and the ability to work independently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced working environment.
