Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in market analysis tools and data management methods.
• Quick thinker with strong learning ability, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; resilient and capable of handling multi-tasking environments.
• Proficiency in English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Market Strategy Planning: assist in GTM strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
• Product Launch Support: contribute to new product launch activities, including timeline planning and budget tracking.
• Data Analysis & Feedback: collect and analyze market data, sales performance, and customer feedback to optimize GTM strategies.
• Cross-Functional Support: collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: complete other assignments as directed by the supervisor.
