Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Singapore invites a Marketing Intern to support the Integrated Marketing team across social media, PR coordination, and campaign execution. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, influencer engagement, and content creation within a fast-paced consumer electronics environment.

Work closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager on project tracking, asset proofreading, and campaign reporting while developing skills in branding, social media, and content trends.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good written communication skills in English; ability to draft or adapt basic content.
• Strong interest in branding, social media, and content trends; familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); design or video editing skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project & Admin Support: Assist in tracking progress, documents, proofreading, and list maintenance.
• Social Media Operations: Help manage posts, captions, translation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate local social media and KOL campaigns, product seeding, and content collection.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare campaign reports, slides, and internal documents.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Handle additional tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Admin Support: Assist the Integrated Marketing Manager in tracking project progress, handling documents, proofreading materials, and maintaining PR/influencer lists.
• Social Media Operations: Support daily management of official social media accounts, including post scheduling, caption writing/translation, campaign rollout, and basic community engagement.
• Campaign Execution: Help coordinate local social media and KOL campaigns, including product seeding, influencer collaboration, and content collection.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare campaign performance reports, presentation slides, and internal documents.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Handle additional tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
