Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced AI Ops Engineer to architect, deploy, and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards and service maps. You will work on improving visibility into health and performance of complex apps and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include real-time issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and applying ML models for anomaly detection and outage prevention, while collaborating with data teams to operationalize predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in AI Ops Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI or similar observability platforms.
• Strong Experience in ServiceNow, including CMDB and CI relationships.
• Strong Experience in machine learning for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
• Experience in scripting (Python, Linux) for automation.
• Experience in ITIL and modern IT operations practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and investigation skills using observability data.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, glass tables, and service maps.
• Continuously enhance visibility into the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Leverage observability data to investigate system issues and anomalies in real-time.
• Identify root causes using advanced event correlation, log analysis, and telemetry patterns.
• Apply machine learning models to detect anomalies, forecast system behaviour, and prevent outages.
• Collaborate with data teams to operationalize predictive analytics for IT incident management.
• Maintain and automate the synchronization of Configuration Items (CIs) from ServiceNow to Splunk.
• Ensure accurate service correlation and dependency mapping across platforms.
