Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an SPR to join the AIML Data Operations team to drive critical programs and deliver data at scale for engineering teams building AIML features for millions of customers.

This role is office-based and requires strong project management discipline and data-driven decision making. You will coordinate with Account and Crowd Managers, manage resource plans, and implement standardized project templates and best practices to ensure timely, accurate data delivery across multiple

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project support experience, preferably in mid-to-large scale operations.
• Highly analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to change.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and align on project deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage resource plan for analyst headcount and capacity planning to align targets.
• Draft and implement policies related to performance and project management of all projects.
• Communicate project status, metrics, and insights to management.
• Coordinate site project rollout and execution, including platform changes and training.
• Provide Tech support to analysts and work with tool owners to update/fix tools as projects come in.
