Job summary

You’ll architect models at scale and work with sales, engineering, analytics, and business units to deliver AI-driven insights. The role covers ML optimisation, RLHF, GNN, and GenAI, productionalising models, building robust data pipelines, validating accuracy, and localisation of global AI tools for ANZSA.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in ML/AI
• Proven ability to deliver production-grade ML solutions
• Strong collaboration with distributed teams to deliver business value

Responsibilities

• Bridge data science and business; translate business problems into analytical requirements
• Design and deploy models to simulate outcomes for topics like price elasticity and market forecasting
• Develop AI solutions using ML optimisation, RLHF, GNN, and GenAI
• Partner with engineering to productionalise models and data pipelines
• Define validation strategies to ensure model accuracy and generalisability
• Collaborate with WW teams to localise global AI tools for ANZSA
• Serve as ANZSA subject matter expert for global AI initiatives
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and propose AI platform improvements
