• Collaborate closely with Product, Algorithm, and Labeling Delivery teams to align with business objectives; ensure that labeling strategies and evaluation frameworks effectively drive model performance and provide strong requirements analysis support.
• Lead the triage, evaluation, and priority management of incoming labeling and evaluation requests; formulate robust data strategies, establish high-quality standards and QA mechanisms, and proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Track and manage project timelines to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of data requests; build continuous feedback loops and streamline request handling workflows to enhance the stability and precision of overall labeling outputs.
• Drive the development of automated labeling and evaluation workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and scale up operational efficiency.
• Stay at the forefront of cutting-edge industry methodologies for model training and evaluation; institutionalize reusable strategies and industry-standard dataset specifications to continuously enhance framework maturity.
