Job summary

TikTok is seeking a leadership role in Monetization Integrity Ops to drive high-quality content moderation at a controlled cost. You will lead a team of model labelling specialists, develop scorecards and dashboards, and collaborate with Automoderation, Product, Training, and WFM to improve coverage and efficiency.

The role requires strong data analysis, Mandarin-English proficiency, and a proactive ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Automation, Governance, Moderation, Operations Management, or related functions, with at least 1 year in a people management or team lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of large language model data production pipelines, including key stages and quality control points in 'data collection/annotation — model training — model evaluation'
• Solid data analysis skills to identify process issues and opportunities via insights; proficient with Data Visualization tools and Excel for analysis and retrospectives
• Strong experience in full-cycle project management and process design/standardization; capable of optimization opportunities and driving improvements; systems-thinking mindset
• Professional working proficiency in both Mandarin and English — required to work with Mandarin-language moderation guidelines and to collaborate daily with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Highly self-driven with ownership mindset; capable of solving problems and delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-task environment

Responsibilities

• Lead model labelling specialists and foster a high-performance culture with clear goals and regular performance reviews.
• Build and maintain model labelling scorecards, dashboards, and reporting cadences for leadership visibility.
• Quantify how labelling output affects model training and evaluation outcomes and translate insights into improvement plans.
• Partner with Automoderation, Product, Training, and WFM teams to drive coverage and quality improvements.
• Identify automation and tooling opportunities to scale efficiency and reduce manual effort.
