Public Service Division seeks a talent to strategise and implement AI fluency training under TeSA (TechSkills Accelerator) for Singapore's tech workforce. You will collaborate with professional bodies, government agencies, leaders in industry and training providers to shape programmes and KPIs that align with national priorities.

The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, leadership and data-driven decision making, with agility to adapt strategies as the project evolves.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI fluency training strategy and implementation for the Singapore tech workforce.
• Coordinate with government agencies, industry partners and training providers to set CET goals and KPIs.
• Oversee programme design, budgets, marketing, communications and governance processes.
• Identify and manage quality partners and new projects; align with CET and National AI Impact Programme.
• Build, maintain and interpret data dashboards to monitor outcomes and ensure audit readiness.
