Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a role focused on applying WOG digital and AI tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes. You will configure tools, refine prompts, and test outputs with users to ensure reliability and adoption across the organisation.

The role offers hands-on exposure to applied AI, business process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using and configuring generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Strong prompt development skills with testing and refinement of prompts.
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and workflow mapping.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to testing and documentation.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement with non-technical users.
• Proactive and self-directed with ability to manage multiple use cases.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users to understand pain points and map workflows into practical use cases.
• Identify and configure existing WOG digital and AI tools to meet needs, including prompts and knowledge sources.
• Develop, test and refine prompts to improve accuracy and usefulness of AI outputs.
• Document configurations, prompts, workflows and usage guidance for consistency.
• Support project management activities, including maintaining workplans and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on new WOG digital and AI tool capabilities and share best practices with the team.
