Job summary

The Monetary Authority of Singapore is seeking a hands-on AI enablement specialist to help apply WOG digital and AI tools to improve processes and outcomes across departments.

You will configure tools, refine prompts, test outputs with users, and document configurations and workflows for reliable adoption. This role offers exposure to applied AI, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Strong prompt development skills with testing and refining prompts to improve output quality and consistency.
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, workflow mapping, process documentation, and solution testing.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to testing, documentation and follow-through.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills with non-technical users.
• Proactive and self-directed, able to take ownership of multiple use cases concurrently and drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Engaging business users to understand pain points, gather requirements, and map existing workflows into clear problem statements and use cases.
• Identify and configure suitable WOG digital and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to meet users’ needs, including prompts, knowledge sources and simple workflows.
• Develop, test and refine prompts to improve AI output accuracy and usefulness with user feedback.
• Document configurations, prompts, workflows and usage guidance for consistent use and maintenance.
• Support project management activities such as maintaining workplans and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of new WOG digital and AI capabilities and share best practices with the team and users.
