Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related program.
• No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and AI concepts as described in the prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in exploring and using basic AI tools or services in application development.
• Support simple AI‑related tasks such as testing AI features, checking outputs, preparing sample prompts, or helping with basic automation use cases.
• Help with application support activities such as testing, troubleshooting, documenting issues, and making small updates with guidance from the team.
• Work with basic data and SQL by helping to retrieve, check, and organize simple datasets for reports, analysis, or AI‑related use cases.
• Collaborate with team members to learn development processes, test simple changes, and support ongoing project activities.
• Prepare simple documentation such as notes, test results, data checks, and steps followed for future reference.
• Follow internal guidelines and learn good development, security, and documentation practices.
• Participate in team discussions, code walkthroughs, and learning sessions.

Education

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related program.
