Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager, Data & AI to lead hands-on engineering, deployment, and operational health of data and AI applications across guest-facing and staff-facing use cases. You will automate data ingestion, build scalable pipelines, and partner with IT and vendors to ensure reliability and security in line with WOG standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in data/AI, a degree in CS/Engineering/DS, and experience with Snowflake and MSSQL.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in data engineering, software engineering, or AI application development.
• Experience building and operating cloud-based data pipelines and AI applications.
• Familiarity with WOG security policies, IM8 data governance, and security review processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap for AI applications spanning guest experience, staff productivity, and corporate process augmentation.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and central data platform.
• Coordinate quarterly security review cycles and ensure compliance with WOG standards.
• Engage stakeholders and manage AI and data engineering vendors against milestones.
