Job summary

IQVIA in Singapore is seeking a seasoned AI leader to lead a group delivering AI solutions for Life Science clients. You will guide design, development and deployment of AI agents across platforms like AWS and Azure, promote the IQVIA brand, and coach team members to grow capabilities in Life Science and AI.

The role requires a data science degree or equivalent experience, deep knowledge of mainstream LLMs, and experience in AI transformation consulting for life sciences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science or related field (Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, CS) or 2–5 years of data science experience.
• Deep knowledge of mainstream LLMs (GPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Qwen).
• Experience in AI Transformation Consulting or AI roadmap design for life sciences.
• Appetite for applying new and existing technology to challenging Life Science problems.
• Strong written and spoken communication, ability to present to non-experts and contribute to proposals.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with AI and cloud tech.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of resources to build and deliver AI solutions to Life Science clients in the market.
• Build the team’s capabilities to design, develop and deploy AI agents into platforms like AWS, Azure.
• Serve as a thought leader in AI/AGI to promote the IQVIA brand in the market.
• Work as a people manager to coach team members to develop capabilities within Life Science and AI.
