Job summary

Life Sciences WA in Singapore seeks a Clinical Systems & Technology leader to own and govern clinical tech, automation, and reporting across the organisation, including Veeva and Obvio, driving adoption and AI use cases.

You will collaborate with QA, IT, Biometrics, PM, Medical, and Operations leadership to translate clinical needs into IT solutions, define KPIs, dashboards, and ensure compliant deployment while scaling for multi-regional studies.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in life sciences, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in clinical operations, process optimisation, clinical systems management, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from requirements through adoption across QA, IT, Biometrics, PM, Medical, and Operations.
• Define and maintain standard clinical reporting requirements and regionised KPI metrics.
• Translate clinical needs into IT requirements and ensure compliant deployment.
• Drive adoption, training, and change management for AI tools and automation.
• Support scaling regional clinical teams for multi-regional studies.
