Job summary

IQVIA seeks a senior AI Transformation Lead to guide a team delivering AI solutions for Life Science clients. You will design, develop, and deploy AI agents across platforms such as AWS and Azure while promoting the IQVIA brand in the market.

You will coach team members, drive capability development, and ensure excellence in deliverables. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or higher in data science or related field.
• Experience with AI/LLMs and transformation projects in life sciences is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication, able to present complex concepts to non-experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of resources to build and deliver AI solutions to Life Science clients in the market
• Build the team’s capabilities to design, develop and deploy AI agents into various platforms like AWS, Azure etc.
• Function as a thought leader in AI/AGI area to promote the IQVIA brand in the market
• Work as a people manager to coach team members to develop their capabilities within the Life Science industry and AI area.

Requirements

• Graduated degree or higher - in Data Science domain, such as Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or two to five years of experience working data scientist, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Deep knowledge in mainstream LLMs, such as GPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Qwen etc.
• Experience in AI Transformation Consulting or AI roadmap design for life science industry.
• Appetite for applying new and existing technology to challenging problems in Life Science, i.e. motivated by solving the problems.
• Good written and spoken communication skills, including ability to present technical concepts to non-experts, write analysis plans for projects under guidance, contribute to proposals applications, etc.
• Eagerness to learn: Passion for technology and a continuous desire to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
