OCBC Bank is recruiting an AI Software Engineer for the Group Wealth Engineering team in Singapore. You will help redefine how software is built with AI, creating AI-powered platforms and workflows that scale across hundreds of engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Experience building cloud-native applications and platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and platform engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD, DevOps, and software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-Powered Engineering Platforms: design and develop internal developer platforms and AI gateways.
• Develop Agentic Engineering Workflows: create intelligent workflows for code generation, reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Transform the Software Delivery Lifecycle: integrate AI into CI/CD toolchains to improve productivity and quality.
• Engineer Enterprise Knowledge Systems: maintain knowledge bases to power context-aware AI agents.
• Drive AI Adoption Across Engineering: define best practices and reference architectures for AI adoption.
• Lead by Example: contribute as a senior individual contributor on strategic programs.
• Measure and Optimize Outcomes: track productivity, quality, and business impact metrics.
