Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Security SME to establish and maintain secure-by-design AI security frameworks across enterprise AI and ML platforms in Singapore. You will protect the organization from AI-enabled threats and lead red-teaming to identify and remediate risks.

In this senior role, you will advise senior leadership and risk committees, collaborate with assurance, risk, and technology teams, and manage relationships with AI security vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience including AI/ML security.
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems and AI agents.
• Strong ability to present AI risks to leadership and boards.
• CISSP or CISM certification guidance and relevance.
• Familiar with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain secure-by-design AI security frameworks across enterprise AI/ML solutions.
• Protect the organization from AI-enabled threats including deepfake fraud and AI phishing.
• Secure internal AI agents, copilots, and automation tools with governance and controls.
• Lead AI red-teaming and adversarial testing with remediation.
• Enhance SOC and SIEM with AI-specific threat detection and playbooks.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks (NIST RMF, ISO 42001, MAS, EU AI Act).
• Serve as AI Security SME, advising senior leadership and boards.
• Drive AI security awareness and training across high-risk functions.
• Manage relationships with AI security vendors and external testing partners.
