THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Security & Automation Lead to drive the company’s AI strategy, accelerate internal delivery with AI automation, and create AI security services for clients.

You will focus on governance, red‑teaming, and scaling AI capabilities across the organization. You will build AI‑assisted workflows for security operations, design new services to assess AI governance risks, and lead adversarial testing of client LLM deployments, while staying ahead of

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in cybersecurity with hands‑on AI/ML or LLM tooling for security workflows.
• Understanding of AI governance frameworks or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with LLM application security concepts like prompt injection and data leakage risks.
• Comfortable building and shipping automation/scripts/tooling, not only using off‑the‑shelf products.

Responsibilities

• Internal tooling: Design and deploy AI‑assisted workflows for reconnaissance, vulnerability prioritization, SOC alert triage/correlation, and draft report generation with human validation at each step.
• New service line — AI Governance & Risk Assessment: Build and deliver assessments against ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act risk classifications.
• New service line — AI Red-Teaming: Design and run adversarial testing of client LLM systems and AI agents, including prompt injection, data leakage, jailbreak resistance, and agentic‑workflow abuse scenarios.
• Act as the internal champion and trainer for AI adoption across the delivery team with hands‑on enablement.
• Stay current on AI security threats and regulatory changes and translate them into practical capabilities and client offers.
• Partner with Head of Security Operations & Delivery to ensure automation reduces delivery time and errors.
