Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an AI Prototyping Coordinator / Project Manager to bridge business teams and technical delivery. You will own the coordination, scoping and hands-on build of AI prototypes and POCs, turning ideas into working demos for user testing and potential handover for productionisation.

The role focuses on rapid prototyping using no-code/low-code platforms, Python scripting where needed, and coordinating across business and IT stakeholders, without requiring deep AI research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience developing or configuring AI/automation prototypes using no-code/low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, prompting, RAG, and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plans for prototypes: scope, timeline, milestones and status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business units, IT/engineering teams and external vendors as needed.
• Organise demos, sessions and user feedback loops for rapid prototyping.
• Prepare documentation and decision materials for steering committees and sponsors.
• Support evaluation of AI/data tools and provide training to business users.
