Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an AI Prototyping Coordinator / Project Manager to bridge business and technical delivery, owning end-to-end prototyping and POC development using no-code/low-code tools and Python where needed.

You will coordinate data access, document requirements, manage dashboards and prototypes, run demos with users, and prepare handover materials for productionisation, with emphasis on speed and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, or related role, preferably with data, digital, AI, or automation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience developing or configuring AI/automation prototypes using no-code/low-code platforms, AI application builders such as Copilot Studio or Power Platform, and/or basic Python scripting.
• Good working knowledge of AI and LLM concepts, including prompting, RAG, and AI agents, with the ability to scope, assess, and support prototypes without deep ML expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project plan for each prototype: scoping, timeline, milestones, resourcing and status reporting to business and IT stakeholders.
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact between business units, IT/engineering teams and external vendors or consultants.
• Organise and facilitate working sessions, demos and feedback loops, including human-in-the-loop testing with end users before wider rollout.
• Prepare clear documentation, status updates and decision materials for steering committees and sponsors.
• Define lightweight success criteria for each prototype and track results through user testing.
