Job summary

WPP Media Singapore is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to accelerate the WPP Open AI platform for the Google account. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, episodic AI workflows, and rapid integration within live campaigns.

You will connect core AI engines to campaign tools, build intuitive front-end wrappers, and prototype new ideas to enhance speed and effectiveness for our internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building autonomous agent workflows and orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, or Go with frontend basics (HTML/CSS).
• Experience connecting diverse APIs and tools in live campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Workflow Construction: build autonomous AI loops to automate campaign workflows.
• API Stitching & Orchestration: connect WPP Open to Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok via APIs.
• WPP Open Customization & UI/UX Enhancement: create front-end interfaces and wrappers for usability.
• Rapid Prototyping & Live Sprint Debugging: debug and deploy tools in sprints.
• Ecosystem Adaptation: feedback to product teams and customize tools for local deployment.
