Job summary

GovTech is spearheading Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives, nurturing AI capability and digital culture across the public service. As a Programme Manager on the Empower team, you will drive initiative scopes, implement plans, and build AI-powered tools for adoption across agencies.

You will engage a broad network of public officers, agency partners, and industry collaborators, translating objectives into actionable roadmaps while tracking OKRs and delivering impact aligned with GovTech's

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field as listed or equivalent experience.
• 0-2+ years of relevant experience spanning technical development, programme management, event coordination, or a related role.
• Ability to translate team/programme objectives into actionable plans and use data to support decisions, prioritisation and risk mitigation.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools or no-code/low-code platforms to prototype simple tools or games, and work with technical teammates to maintain and drive improvements.
• Strong interest in generative AI and staying current with tools and trends in the space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, success measures, risks, and implementation plans for new capability-building initiatives.
• Analyze outcomes, engagement data, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate objectives into actionable milestones and deliverables across initiatives.
• Plan and execute programmes and events to build AI capability and culture for the public service.
• Manage logistics, onboarding, timelines, deliverables, and post-program reviews for initiatives.
• Engage government agencies, industry partners, and community members to drive participation and relevance.
